The Challenge
CK International Ltd is a leading manufacturer of waste recycling equipment. The Dungannon based company supplies high quality waste balers and waste compactors to distributors in the UK, Ireland and Europe.
As an export focused manufacturer branching out beyond the UK to the rest of Europe, the company needed a professional online presence to support its growing base of distributors around the continent.
The Strategy
Website Northern Ireland developed a professional content managed website that allows dealers and end-customers to logon and view the range of balers and compactors that the company manufactures, and they can also download the brochure for any particular machine. A secure ‘dealer only’ area of the site allows authorized dealers to log-in to access additional information.
As the company expands into central Europe, additional languages are added to the site, allowing overseas agents and customers to download brochures in their own language.

The CK International website has allowed the export orientated company to market itself overseas at a fraction of the cost of trying to access the same number of customers via the traditional ‘printed brochure’ route. The search engine friendly focus ensures that the website remains in the top search engine rankings for the industry specific keywords 'balers', 'vertical balers' and 'horizontal balers'.
The content managed news section allows the company to communicate it’s ongoing successful expansion with its ever-growing base of customers.
