Website and Ecommerce Sales Professional
We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales executive to join our highly successful team. We are passionate about delivering first class customer service and will need to see evidence that you can fit into this culture.
Previous sales experience is essential while familiarity with the technical aspects of website design and development would be a distinct advantage. The role will initially be based in our offices in Dungannon although it is anticipated that it will be moved to a new Belfast based office in the near future.
Responsibilities
On a day to day basis you will be:
- Managing and acting on inbound enquiries (web and telephone based)
- Generating new business through targeted marketing campaigns
- Account managing existing customers
You will also be required to:
- Encourage opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services
- Monitor and respond to tendering opportunities
- Contribute to a positive entrepreneurial environment
Experience
Must have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working directly with B2B clients
- Familiarity with web technologies, content management systems, e-commerce, domain names etc.
Should have:
- Experience of using a CRM to manage sales opportunities
- Excellent time management
