Ultimate Health and Fitness is a new and completely innovative personal training and lifestyle centre located in Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh.

Proprietor Patrick Doherty opened the unique fitness centre in November 2007 complete with confidential training studio and therapy room and with private changing and parking facilities also on site.

What’s unique about Ultimate Health & Fitness is that they tailor a fitness and lifestyle approach for each individuals needs.

We have been working with Ultimate Health & Fitness to build interest in their health and fitness training throughout Fermanagh, Tyrone and Donegal.

We have designed a fresh looking website that compiles a mass of information yet doesn’t look cluttered. Ultimate Health and Fitness also have a latest events and news section allowing their staff to update it regularly with news items.
