The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Services (NI) order 2006 came into effect in November 2010, replacing previous regulations regarding the requirements and procedures concerning Fire Risk Assessment in Northern Ireland. The new order requires anyone with responsibility for the management of a business premise, to take reasonable steps to minimise the risk of fire and to ensure that a safe and orderly evacuation can be effected in the case of a fire.

Dilavato is a decorative lime plaster finish resembling old plaster that has been washed and exposed to the elements over many years. It is like that of many historical buildings in Southern Europe.

The textures of this range emulate linen, wood and stone but the material is so versatile that the possibilities are practically limitless and therefore clients can request bespoke finishes . The Impasto range is split into three sections Metal, Stone and Polished. The Metal finishes can emulate a range of materials such as linen and stone and uses metals including 24 carat gold leaf and pewter. The collection of stone finishes uses predominately natural tones though other colours can be used. The Impasto Polished is similar to the Classic polished plasters as it has a high shine and it offers great depth of colour and movement to any surface.
